RED WINE - MEDOC - BORDEAUX
Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot
This exceptional cuvee, with its fine oaky touch exhibits fruity notes typical of Michel Lynch wines. It is the result of a careful selection of the best Medoc terroirs. Partly aged in French oak barrels, this half-Merlot, half-Cabernet sauvignon blend has perfectly captured the Medoc essence.
Fresh with an intense colour, Michel Lynch Reserve Red displays savoury black cherry and mocha aromas that dominate the palate, leading to a fine full-bodied finish full of gentle tannins.
Perfect match to fine recipes such as Entrecôte marchand de vin, sea scallop and black truffles, roast lamb with rosemary or salmon and monkfish skewers.
Best served at 18°C.
