Brut 9 g/L (+/- 1g)

Reserve mainly from oak barrels. The color of this Champagne is nuanced with golden yellow, with a floral nose associated with fruity notes (peach, apricot, etc.).

In the mouth, finesse and structure lead to a more complex evolution. Its aromas are of white peach, mirabelle plum, and ripe fruit. Its finish remains pleasant with fruity notes (ripe fruits, white peach, mirabelle plum)

Pairings: escalope with cream, sweetbreads, porcini mushroom fricassee... Serve at 8-10°C
