The alcohol is evaporated using a low temperature evaporation process. Thus, the wine is not altered, and its aromatic profile is preserved.
Composition: Dealcoholized wine (84%), water (12%), rectified concentrated organic grape must (3%), natural flavor, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: sulfur dioxide.
