More than a soda... A unique taste signature which allows 2 uses and which makes it successful.

Very fine bubbles, a slightly marked bitterness with pronounced herbaceous notes, even a little rooty. Not very sweet, the palate is not saturated.

A tasting soda: a full-fledged adult drink, without alcohol

With its precisely measured bitterness and its herbal taste, Archibald is best enjoyed alone, very fresh.

A soda tasting is a full-fledged, non-alcoholic, refined and complex drink that offers an experience similar to that felt with a spirit.

Serve Archibald chilled at 8° in a wine glass to enhance its aromatic notes, and seasoned with two turns of the pepper mill. It goes well with a tangy, fruity, citrus pepper such as Timut pepper, Sichuan pepper or even Jamaica pepper. Also enhances gin or other spirits.

Due to its complex and balanced bitterness, Archibald can be used as a high-end tonic which enhances cocktails because it is an elegant flavor enhancer and adds complexity to the overall aroma.

Another distinctive sign: when Archibald is diluted, the sensation of effervescence diminishes and then finds the right balance to highlight the aromatics of the cocktail: this is quite simply due to its low level of citric acid.

So because it is slightly bitter, quinine-free and pearly, Archibald does not mask the aromatics of the spirit it accompanies, but enhances it with elegance.
