Purple color, with purple nuances, fruity nose (griotte, raspberry) which evolves towards blackcurrant, licorice with a spicy touch. Harmonious mouth of red fruits; beautiful elegance.

Food pairing: White meats, curried veal, pork tenderloin, terrines, poultry, mild-flavored cheeses (fresh Epoisses, Brillat Savarin)

Serving temperature: 14 to 16°C
