It will be able to pause the passing of time for you... the moment of a tasting! You will taste this Château Franc Maillet at its peak after 7 to 10 years, at a serving temperature of 18°C. Do not hesitate to decant it two hours before serving it. This Pomerol will sublimate a Hare à la Royale, a Beef Faux Filet with Duck Foie Gras and its Cep Sauce, a Roast Goose with Apples and Pears, a Capon Stuffed with ceps, or a beef wellington !
