This wine remains on its lees for 12 months - 12g/L

Raspberry pink with purple reflections; fine and delicate bubbles. Tempting nose with subtle red fruit notes (strawberry, cherry, raspberry) and fresh avors. The first palate is soft. A dash of candy and red fruit in midpalate. The finish is long and buttery (brioche).

This wine could well be served as an original aperitif, with a salmon let in sweet sauce or with most red fruit desserts. Served at 4 à 6°c.
