    Malted barley single malt, made from barley sown for Moon Harbor in the Bordeaux region.

    Consensual, Signature allows you to enter the Moon Harbor universe. Signature whiskey is a single malt brewed, fermented and distilled in Bordeaux in a Bordeaux still. The barley used to make this whiskey is grown in the Bordeaux region. Like all the brand's whiskeys, Signature is aged in Bordeaux wine barrels for 3 years. Moon Harbor has given carte blanche to its cellar masters to assemble its best barrels, all appellations combined: Sauternes, Pessac Léognan or even Saint-Emilion in order to offer you a single malt that will surprise you with its balance and sweetness.

    Tasting: silky, the Signature combines the strength of the fruit linked to the Sauternes barrel and the spicy side of the red wine barrels, which brings a nice length on the palate.
