    Sea samphire and dulse are the two plants harvested on the Breton coast which give our H2B Gin its marine soul. The plants used in the recipe are macerated in vats in the traditional way to extract their aromas as gently as possible.

    The distillation is carried out over an open flame in their Stupfler© still, recognized worldwide for its exceptional quality. Through this alliance of ancestral know-how with the world of “new generation” gins, we obtain a pure and elegant distillate with authentic marine notes. A unique gin inspired by the coast, enjoyed neat or in cocktails. Ideal to pair oysters and smoked fish.
