Grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet franc

Its delicacy brings out pretty floral and spicy fragrances. The velvety and silky finesse of this elixir will develop by letting it breathe two hours before tasting, at around 18°C.

A quasi-veal (just pink) with morel cream or duck fillets with orange will be enjoyed with this delicious Grand Cru.
