Grape varieties : Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec

Ageing in the barrel (50%), and in vat (50%) during 12 months. Dark in colour with purple tints. On the nose, there are notes of fresh red berries, wild strawberries and cherries, along with sweet spices like vanilla and cinnamon. The palate is smooth and soft, but the wine’s personality gradually assert itself, with a very long finish. Best enjoyed on its own or with grilled beef served with gratin dauphinois.
