Chablis Premier Cru – Beauroy located on the left bank with a very steep slope of 30 to 40% - one of the 18 main 1er Crus of Chablis
From the start of the fermentation, the wine spends around 6 months on fine lees.
Its nose is aromatically progressive. Ventilation would be necessary. Its freshness and minerality carry aromas of flint, very typical of Chablis. Notes of ripe fruit, for a wine with beautiful persistence and concentration.
To accompany with hot oysters, fish in sauce, or with veal in white sauce. Serve at 10-11°C
