67% Pinot Meunier (Emblematic Marne Valley varietal which brings an intense
fruitiness and fullness)
23% Chardonnay
10 % Pinot Noir
The mouth is fruity and moreish, tonic and refreshing.
For a casual Aperitif or a simple appetizer: Pairing with sober and elegant dishes that show the wine well, based on fresh and simple products.
Avoid heavy dishes and sauces, preferably drink with raw dishes such as a Maki of swordfish marinated in lime and Jasmine.
