Colour: Very bright gold with green tints
Nose: Complex with pear, rose petals and slightly mineral
notes.
Palate: Vivid and fruity with a good acidity and balance that
give rich mouth feel and a good length
Food pairing: Best served at 9°C, with shell-fish, poached or
grilled seafood, lemon dressing salads and asparagus dishes. |
