Grapes : Moscatel and Gewürztraminer
A voluptuous, exotically perfumed nose, with deliciously well-defined primary aromas(some floral notes, roses, lilies...), complemented by secondary aromas derived from the wine's controlled fermentation.
Silky and sappy on the palate.
Serving suggestion :
Excellent with shellfish, as well as with fish, fresh melon with cured Spanish ham, pâtés, poultry or pork in a sweet and sour sauce. |
