These vines are located on the fantastic terroir of Boutenac.This cuvee is made from a blend from old vines (26-60 years old). The crop is harvested by hand. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. This wine offers a great aromatic complexity from red fruits to spices.
Serve with beef or duck (magrets de canard)
