Colour: very deep purple.
Nose: Complex with spicy aromas, white pepper, cinnamon and figs. Garrigue notes and small ripe red berries.
Palate: Tannic structure, thin and elegant, velvety.
Food pairing: At 17 °C, it will suit perfectly with grilled red meat (beef rib steak or prime ribs), fine lamb stew, or ewe cheese.
