David Reynaud took over the 20 hectare estate family estate near Tain l’Hermitage in 2000, and by 2005 had converted it completely to organic production. Made with hand harvested, low yielding Syrah grapes, this is a full-flavoured, spicy red with bags of character, needing rich meat or cheese dishes to appreciate its true quality.
