RED WINE - SAINT CHINIAN - SOUTH FRANCE

‘Connemara’ Saint-Chinian celebrates the wild beauty of two regions – Saint-Chinian in the South of France, and Connemara in the West of Ireland.

Grape : Syrah 80%, Grenache 20%

An intense nose characterized by notes of blackcurrant and spices expressing the nature of the garrigue. Rich, ripe fruit character, elegant and complex with silky tannins with aromas of cedar and sandalwood on the finish.
Serve with roast Irish spring lamb or a French artisanal cheeseboard. Serve at 18°C.
