ORGANIC RED WINE - FAUGERES - SOUTH FRANCE (LANGUEDOC)

Grape varieties : Syrah 50%, Grenache 25%, Carignan 25%

A fresh and intense nose, characterized by black fruits such as blackberries and blackcurrant and a hint of liquorice. On the palate, the wine is both soft and juicy and shows a discreet, slightly peppery tannin structure and crisp acidity on the finish. A pleasure wine and table wine that perfectly matches with grilled meat, vegetable casserole and hard cheese.
