Grapes: Grenache Noir, Syrah and Mourvèdre
The picturesque village of Cairanne, north -east of Orange, sits in the heart of the Rhône valley.Traditional bush vine Syrah and Grenache are planted throughout the village and grapes from selected parcels, hand picked at optimum maturity have been vinified with great care following traditional methods - indigenous yeast and long cuvaison.
Matured in French oak barrels, this wine has developed great concentration complexity and finesse. Intense morello cherry fruit and a touch of spice on the nose, ripe berry, flavoured, rich and smooth with supple tannins. Sheer delight.

The perfect match for red meat dishes and rich stews.
