Second wine of Château Phélan Ségur. Frank Phélan (1820-1883) was the son of the Irish man who founded Phélan Ségur.
Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, Frank Phélan is aged for 14 months.
A perfect expression of the vintage, it combines delicious fruit with an elegant structure and silky tannins.
