Grape : Shiraz 100%
The colour is intense ruby. the nose opens with notes of undergrowth, candied red fruits and ends with spicy notes. We find, in the mouth, the elegance of the Syrah with a nice structure and fine tannins.
Les Jalets, « rocks » in old French, refers to the round pebbles deposited by the alpine glaciers which are very present in the Crozes Hermitage appellation.
